Default Concrete Trucks....

Today I was going down a 2 lane road, and I passed a concrete hauling truck, and as fate would have it, it started spitting up hundreds of marble sized rocks right as I was coming up to pass at 60 mph. The Z looks like someone took a shotgun to the front end of the car. Rough estimate of fixing all the gashes 900 dollars, not even a month old. Thanks Lattimore Materials Company!!

They would only be responsible if the rocks/pebbles were falling out from their truck. If their tires just picked up road crap...then no.

Try the paint protection from 3M. That wouldn't have stopped any dents, but it would have saved the paint from chipping 350Z with Dynashield kit

If it was part of the cargo, the company is liable for there load. I assume it was his cargo, because there usually isn't marble sized gravel on the road.

Hopefully I'll get this all squared away with the company. Is the dynashield kit the strongest/best protective film available for the 350 on the market as of now? Also whats the price range of such an add on?

If the cement came from the cargo area of the truck, then the company is 100% liable.
