Default Full detail on the Z. Huge pics inside. =)

Look at the sun in the first two pics. Where as the reflection of the sun is a little gritty in the first, and shows some swirling, the following image is a much smoother reflection. The results speak for themselves:

Before:

After Meguiar's 83 (before seal):

Final daytime pics, after 24 hour cure time:

Products used were with friend's Porter Cable:

Clay Bar
Meguiar's 83
Meguiar's NXT Tech-Wax

I finished it off the next day by going over the entire car with Ultimate Quik Detailer to get the little grains of wax gone, and whatever residue I didn't get to during the buff out.

Always use two towels when applying UQD, btw. If you don't, the product will leave a haze/streak that you can see under the sun - and you may think it's swirling. It isn't, you need a dry towel to rub finest trails of the UQD out.

looks great!

what type of pad did you use with the 83? good 'ol 83...it was the first corrective polish i used. does a great job and is fairly flexible, but it tends to gum up pads quickly.

if you haven't, try a final polish such as Menzerna FPII or Optimum Polish after the 83...you'd be surprised how much crisper the finish can get.

thanks for sharing the pics!

I'm not sure what pad was used, because it was my friend behind the P.C., I was doing the cleaning up.
