For Those With Polished Wheels
I have a set of 20" polished I-Forged Aero's. I Love the wheels but everytime I wash the car, I have to polish the wheels. I have polished the wheels 7 times w/ only 1200 miles on them. Does anyone have the same problem? I use Mother's Aluminum Polish & Wheel Wax. NOTHING LASTS!!! They look great until it rains. Then I have brake dust stains and water spots. PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE.
Get some zoop seal, it seals the polish n so all that is needed to get the just polshed look is, a normal wash then hand drying or air dry, great product kinda expensive but it last 1-2 years.

Wax just isn't going to last - it can't take the heat, and the oils will wash away with water. Besides, the wax gives hot brake dust something to stick to!
I used Zaino Z5 on my wheels a year and a half ago. The wheels were new, but I made sure they were super clean, then laid 2 coats of Z5 on them. Since then, whenever the brake dust accumulates, I hit them with a hose and wipe with a wet cloth. The shine comes right back, and none of the brake dust sticks. I may re-polish them this summer, but it really doesn't look like it needs it. Zaino won't fade in the heat, and it lasts a LONG time.

I wanted to try the Zoop seal, but do I have dismount the tires from the rim? I saw how the process is done on TV. It looked great. Has anyone used Zoop Seal before? Should I take my tires off the wheels before I apply it? Thanks
