Default Zaino, or Blackfire

I know this has probably been a poll out there, but I posted a thread regarding a product called liquid glass( which I do Like), but if Zaino and blackfire are better, which one should I use?

You will see posts going both ways but IMO Zaino is the better choice. Blackfire gives a nice shine but isn't as durable as Zaino. Also, I don't think it protects nearly as well as Zaino.

Default Blackfire

I on the other hand will vouch for Blackfire. I would say the benefits over Zaino would be:

1. Less steps in the application process opposed to Zaino.
2. With Blackfire's new formula it is very easy on, easy off.
3. I think Blackfire is a tad bit cheaper.
4. Easier to Obtain.
5. Lasts just as long as Zaino.
6. "Supposedly" offers an apperance edge over Zaino with darker colors although I have PPW.

*Note* that this is all based on my personal experience of being a new Blackfire convert.

They are almost exactly the same. I think Zaino is more durable, but harder to apply. You have to apply it less times, but it takes longer to apply.

I think it's just a matter of preference. My Super Black Z looks awesome with either product.

Dakine - I think you're wrong about the Blackfire's superiority on darker colors. I think it's just that all waxes show better results on darker colors. Maybe

Default BTW......

Knowing that capturing the shine on white is very hard to do, here is a meager attempt. The Z is also just about to hit its 1st birthday in a couple weeks

I've never used Zaino, but Ricky has converted me to Blackfire. I have one coat on my Silverstone and it looks awesome.

Just ordered my own set and should be here this weekend!

What we really have to start looking at is the longievity of the protection.

Blackfire, Zaino, Crystal Guard... pretty much anything will put a good shine onto brand new factory paint. I think the determining factor is going to be how well the shine holds up.

I can't attest to any product because I wax my car every week. I'll be doing that till my zaino runs out or the summer runs out.

yeah, I hear you on the longevity issue amongst the polymer sealants.

One thing is for sure, either of them will outlast any wax by a long shot. I really don't think there is much a diffrence in durability with blacfire vs zaino. I'll even give Zaino the edge! They both are great products, just that one is a lot less trouble to put on and thats the main reason I bought it
