What the hell should I do?

What the hell should I do?
Ok....so I just bought my Z a little over a month ago. The first few weeks I've just been taking it to the do it yourself car washes...but last week I finally went out and got all the products necessary to start actually doing it right and making this thing look good. I'm really having quite the dilemma though as I do not have a garage. Also, I currently live in an Apt and my parking space is right along the property border of the neighbors. And those *******s have this big pollen tree and like 6 bird feeders set up in there yard. So every damn day my car is green and covered in ****. If the wind is blowing at all theres no point in even attempting to wash the damn thing, as pollen and dust will just blow all over...and I'm trying to do it at the right time so it's not in direct sunlight. But between the pollen, wind, bird ****, weather, etc...I'm really having trouble finding a good time to wash it. And I know as soon as I DO wash it...within two days it'll be green and covered in **** again. I'm in the process of looking for a new place. But until then....what do I do???

Don't buy black again.
I sure as heck won't. I keep my car in a garage and still put it under a car cover inside. The garage has kept the pollen dust down a bunch but still there would be a coating if I didn't have it under cover. I clean the thing with a spray cleaner nearly every time I drive it. I also use a "California duster" to mop the dust off of it.

"Get a yellow Z like mine and just laugh at pollen" LMAO
I know it's pollen season...and I can deal with that...it's more so just the neighbors. They are an old couple who are an absolute pain in the *** to live beside. They are obviously avid chain smokers, but apparently don't smoke inside because they are always on there porch smoking and they just stare at you the entire time your doing anything. And they have that tree AND like 6 bird feeders. NOTHING looks worse on a black car than bird ****. I can't even tell you how much thought I've put into buying an axe and chopping all that **** down! I'll just have to suck it up I guess....try to park as far away as possible and wash my car a couple times a week.
Another question...I've read not to wash car in direct sunlight. How strict does that entail? I mean on a nice day the sun is out from 7.00 am to 9 pm. When would be the best time to wash it....and how careful should I be about the sunlight?

Note: The sun is “directly” overhead at about noon. Any other time is “indirect” light.

Ok...so my best bet would be either early morning (8-10) or evening (after 4 or so). I was just making sure. I've read sun is bad, so I was a bit apprehensive. Now only if it wouldn't rain everytime I had a day off! haha Thanx guys.

Ask a friend if you can use his garage to detail your car for a day and toss on a quality sealant. I wake up at 5 a.m. on detailing days to avoid the direct sunlight and make sure the paint is nice and cool.

Washing: Optimum No Rinse (aka, ONR)
Since this stuff allows you to do a panel at a time, you won't have to worry about the soap/water drying on the paint before you get a chance to wipe it off.
As for wax, I'd go with Collinite 845IW for the protection it offers and the looks are good, too. I've applied 845IW in the sun with no problems of buffing the wax off.
And lastly, invest in a car cover.
Keep it in your trunk and cover up when you're going to park for lengths of time (ie, over night).

when i parked outside...i had to park under a tree too. i was also covered in pollen and poop every morning. i would remove to bird poop every morning but ignored the pollen. it would get covered in pollen again at work anyway.
