Microfiber Towels
I located a site which sells microfiber towels for a really great price. These are made by Viper and although they are the thinner type used to clean glass they work great for detailing. At only $12 for 10 towels they were a great buy. Just wanted to pass on this info.

They probably work fine, but they aren't real micro fiber.. It's made in Korea and unsplit. There is a big diff between american made ones, and ones from overseas. Chances are if they are less than $5-7 per 16x16 towel, they are made overseas and for the most part, worthless.
These are "Viper" brand towels manufactured by Edgetech. They are the same brand which are sold by properautocare.com. I tested them on a cdr and they made no scratches. I didn't know that there were any microfiber towels made in the US. What brand are they?
I've only tried a few different microfiber towels thus far, but one that I'm really impressed with is the Big Blue Towel. I don't know who manufactures this towel, but it really works as advertised - dries the entire car and doesn't scratch the paint.
Downside is that they are really expensive.
