Default Bugs On The Front

wanted to go somewhere last night in the new 350Z, so about dark i jumped in it and headed down to French Lick to the casino. went in, had a vodka martini, shaken not stirred, just sort of took it all in for an hour or so and then i came home.

i noticed this morning i had tons of bugs all over the front of the car. what do you guys use to get rid of them? and do you use a brush, and if so, what kind of brush?

cant be having dead bugs all over the new 350Z.......

Mike

I like the dead bugs they help hide the paint chips.

Agreed, personally I use Bounce, much better than the Bug and Tar remover you buy at the store. Make sure you have some water to rinse off the residue that the dryer sheet leaves.

I've simply gotten into the habit of wiping my front end down every night during the "bug" months. I drive 40 miles a day and can't help it. I use a damp microfiber cloth and some detail spray for lubricity (yes, that's a word).

I then wax the front end once a month minimum. Seems to do just fine.
