And some of you call yourselves enthusiests? Leave the Dr. alone, the man is a true enthusiest who, as I do, likes to keep his car looking prestine. I wash my car probably 3 times a week, and I use Eagle One wax and polish to keep my car lookin great (yet to get my hands on any zaino, not sure where to) so who are you guys to say the man has no life, instead of driving around aimlessly like I'm sure some of you do.. he takes the time to wax his car. Instead of sitting around watching TV.. he takes the time to wax his car. I'm with ya 100% D.B. my car is my hobby to, **** the haters, lol

Peace
Joe

Note: I have 349 Miles on my car w/ 3 coats of Eagle One so the Dr's 109 Miles per Wax are pretty much as obsessive as they should be. lol

DrBonz, your car does look really awesome. I'm jealous. I would love to have that many coats of Zaino on mine, and I do find it very satisfying to wax it, I just need more sleep than you so I have less time and therefore a fraction of the coats you have.

Two questions: Do you always wash it first or do you just spray it with Z6 before applying Z2/Z5? Will doing that give you swirl marks?

If you have driven in the rain or dirt you need to wash the car with z-7 before a polish coat, if you have only light surface dust I would remove the standing dust with a California Car Duster, then z-6 the car and then apply either z-2 or Z-5....

I agree with Kevin. I would never wipe (or buff) the paint (like you would have to do to apply Z-6) if it was dirty. I would only do this if there was only light dust but no dirt.

Thanks guys...that's exactly what I thought. The reason I ask (DrBonz) is because it must mean that you have to wash your car either early in the morning ar at night before you Zaino it.

I wish my Z was as clean as Bonz's is.

I too am somewhat leery about this un-named "product."

that initial post is definetly a sales pitch. look at the way its worded. it sounds like a commercial or magazine ad. ive seen lots of articles like that selling different things. dont fall for it.
