Default Migliore Detailed: Black Crossfire

I picked up the new toy. There were a few things I wanted to address, namely the headlights and front bumper.

Headlights process:

-Wetsand with 2000 unigrit sandpaper.
-Compound with Optimum Compound via LC 4" yellow pad.
-Polished with PlasX by hand

Now for the paint:

Clay
Optimum Polish via 6" Orange LC Pad
Migliore: Original Paste Wax
Migliore: Brilliant Trim Protectant
Migliore: Bella Lustra Tire Glaze
Migliore: Wheel Seal


Wax Applied:

Why finish with an orange pad and optimum polish? Why not a finishing pad and a finishing polish. Looks great either way. Also what buffer are you using. Im assuming a rotary.

I use Optimum as a finishing polish, it finishes quite well with the orange pad. I'm using the regular old PC.

Ill have to give that a try then. How do the optimum products compare to menzerna in your opinion?

I've never tried the Menzerna line.
