So, I've waxed my Z with One Grand Blitz Wax as recommended by carcareonline.com.

When I am done, I have this oily "smear" type of effect on the car - it almost looks like swirl marks except that they move with the towel so I know they aren't actually in the paint.

I've tried buffing with Meguiars Quick Detailer but it doesnt' really seem to help.

I washed and applied a second coat of Blitz, same effect.

This time I may try buffing with water spritz only...has anyone ever seen this and can you suggest anything?

Please no "Blitz sux use Zaino d00d" comments.

 

Put the car in the sun for about an hour, then re buff. Streaks should be gone.
