The headlights on my buddy's G35 were looking pretty rough. He had tried some Plastix by hand, but didn't have much luck. I busted out the Flex and went to work on them. This before/after was the best of all the pics to show the comparison.
what's "the Flex?" drill attachment? please explain...looks good!

I haven't learned wetsanding yet. I'd like to, but haven't gotten around to it. Plastix + Flex worked fine here I do have some spots on my hood that need wetsanding though.
what causes them to get that bad? just sunlight and weather? i garage mine but 2 years and mine are still as clear as when i bought it. just curious in case this happens to me?

Several factors, including the type and grade of plastic used and the environment it's used in. For example, here in Colorado we have so much sand in the base soil it's easy to sandblast your car.

Looks Great!
My headlights are screwed up because of getting Mother's Detailer on them! I tried PlastiX (by hand), but it didn't work. I'll have to look into "the Flex!"
