Default Headlight Preventative Maintenance

I recently upgraded to brand new bi xenon hid's...Is there anything I can put or should put on the lenses to minimize sun damge or water spotting?

I have no special care for headlights. Just wash and wax same as the car.

lens covers u can get them in different colours and get them for ure windshield, and bumpers too
3m clear bumper cover, u may have heard about it, check ure local tint shop

Be careful when choosing a lens cover. Members reported that lens covers can cause stress cracks in the headlights.

No special daily care, just rinse off all the soap thoroughly after washing and polish your lens whenever you detail your vehicle. Yellowing buildup can be removed fairly easy with a PC or rotary, its when you have a bad seal and the moisture and buildup occurs inside that causes headaches.

Thanks for the replys...I usually use a fresh clean micrfiber just for the lenses and a light wax...
