I've used a product similar to this. In order to do the job they claim on the website you will have to an artist with the tools they give you. Not only will you need a steady hand and a lot of patience, they also want you to do some light sanding and blending. Sanding and blending are things I do not have the skills to do, for I'm afraid of making my car look worse than it was.
After trying a similar product, I think repainting is the only solution to removing chipped paint.

I've used Dr. Colorchip on my Redline coupe. It's effective for light paint damage and doesn't rely on sanding at all. After painting, you smear their color matched paint and use the solvent to remove the residue. One word of caution, don't use the product over too large an area and let the paint dry without smearing and smoothing it.

Nissan sport magazine did a review on it, awhile back. As far as I know they recommended it, don't know if I see have the issue. I was thinking about trying it too. Anyone who does use it, leave you reviews for us

I'd recommend Dr. Colorchip for light paint damage. It gives better results than blobbing on normal paint repair sets. But I haven't tried ALL of the paint repair kits on the market, but it's superior to the Nissan (both pen and brush) kits I've tried.

Hello sluggoZ,
I've never try this product but I'm interested to try this one. Especially that Basic Touch-Up Paint Kit repairs up to a dozen chips. This is great one.

I used the drcolorchip!!
so i tried the drcolor chip and for perfect result i say that you need to use it about 4-5 times, so i have only applied it 2xs and well it is better than before but not up to my standards. On light scratches it does make a noticeable difference but if you look really closely you can still see them. so currently i would rate the product a 5/10 but i will try to reapply it a few more times.
