Waffle Weave Towel Maintenance?
So I bought the Waffle Weave towel and wanted to know what was the correct way to maintain and clean the waffle weave towel. Do you stick it in the washing machine after each use?
Also on a separate question does anyone know how long the sheepskin mitts last? And what is the correct maintenance on the sheepskin mitts for long lasting use?

Put the towel in the washing machine. It will be fine.
Note for mitt: I bought a soft cotton mitt once. Held so much water that when wet must have weighted a pound. Hard on the washing arm.
I keep 2 mitts: One for the body - one for the wheels. Replace ONE once/season. New mitt in - wheel mitt out. Body mitt becomes wheel mitt. Guess that means mitt last 2 seasons. Rinse with clean water. Wring. Dry.

Same here.
machine wash the waffle weave in cold water and you should be fine. I hang mine up to dry, I do not machine dry my waffle weave or any other of my better micro fibers.
The sheep skin mitts are hard to keep for the fibers on the mitt tends to start falling off if you keep it wet for too long. I wash and dry mine immediately after use and get about 1 year of life out of them. But I won't be buying anymore sheep skin mitts because...
The sheep skin mitts are great if your car is really clean and just needs to be spotless, but since I've switched to the Blue Grout Sponge from DI I have not used my sheep skin since. The reason is because of the design on the Grout sponge ensures me that dirt is not trapped between the mitt and the paint.

We have some instructions in our microfiber care section of our detailing guide. If you have any questions after reading that please let me know!
