The brand new version of CG Quick is now in our hands and is available to everyone. We have upgraded the spray head and the solution is even better. I'll be posted a special on the new version of Quick on Monday (July 12th) for all Z members...

All of you current users will love this new version! News

Default CrystalGuard discount code...

The revised fomula has an agent added to it that helps repel water and debris better. It sheets even better. Also, after playing with the solution, it seems to haze a lot less than the previous version. And I must say I am amazed at the gloss. It is truly stunning....

Online discount code is CGQUICKNOW...it gives you 10% off for the remainder of the month....We don't have the smaller version in stock, so make sure you order the larger bottle for the new version. Thanks...you can also contact me directly if you have questions, jim@crystalguard.com or 650-969-9946

Thumbs up Re: New Car???

It's not necessary to do claybar since your car is brand-new.

I was skeptical, but I polished my G yesterday and applied 2 coats of the CG quick and I must say that I'm pretty impressed at the ease of use and the shine. Now if it really will last 4 months I'll be really impressed. Vegas summers are pretty brutal.

Coupon code wouldn't work. I did order over the phone though. IMO it would be nice for website to work properly.

Squill,
I had to order over the phone because the coupon code didn't work online. They said they weren't giving the 10% off anymore. I questioned them about this since the coupon code is on their home page. It says it works through the month of August, oh well.

He ended up giving it to me anyway.

Just a heads up.

sorry, the coupon is good through August, my mistake. The online store will not honor it, but if you call directly we can take the order and process it...

I understand that this thread is an infomercial. I have not tried CrystalGuard. After reading many of the posts here, I have two thoughts:

1) If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

2) If this product works as good as you claim, if would have turned the car wax/polish industry on its head. That hasn't happened.

Well, as I said before I was a skeptic, but I tried it anyways. I have never used anything that is easier to apply, and the shine was just great. Now I am just waiting to see if the reliability holds up to what they claim. Otherwise I couldn't be happier with the stuff.

My $.02

actually it is indeed a very fine product. The reason it hasn't is because not everyone think the same. Some people enjoy spending time waxing and polishing their cars hours after hours and some just don't have time and others are just lazy. So I don't think crystal guard will be able to please EVERYONE with their product.

Default Customer Service

I had a question about the Crystal Guard product and so sent a PM to two representatives of this product. My PM went out almost over a month ago and I have not heard a reply as of yet. These two individuals have been online since then and have avoided my Pm. To me, if I was going to try out a new product and get hooked, then the customer service should be up to par (which is not the case here). I am scared that in case of problems like some forum members have mentioned, I will have a hassle on my hands. People have noticed several problems ordering the product and it just seems like a serious fault for Crystal Guard.

I was originally trying to decide between Crystal Guard and Zaino, and now after my exprience I am leaning more towards Zaino even though it takes more time to apply.

Default CG Quick

This is for Diamond Jim,

I had CG EX applied by Final Touch a few months ago. Chris recommended CG quick to bring back any gloss that my be lost.

Do I really need to use the CG quick?

If so, how often?

Sorry to hear that, you should probably contact Jim directly. He posts his number and direct email a lot in this forum. I wrote him before I had CG EX applied and he got back to me within a couple days. He was very helpful and very informative.

I had a great experience with CG and continue to, if you have it professionally applied, they warranty the treatment (I think CG website www.crystalguard.com has the warranty details)

It is also true that CG does not fill in hair line scratches, CG says the new Quick can fill in light scratches, but my recommendation is to do a full detail of your paint, clay bar, compound, polish to remove all the crap that can build up on your paint, then apply CG. Its worth it the first time, especially if you are having it done professionally, it makes no sense to semi-permanently seal in the fine swirl marks of your paint. In my case my detailer at Final touch did a great job of removing swirls and hairlines so that they were less noticable even with CG.

Zaino doesn't even compare to CG, thats why people that use applications like Zaino are stuck on it because CG is so much different, its like trying to convince a monkey that a purple banana is still a banana but to no end. (not calling Zaino users monkeys)
