Wax?

I am planning on buying this car but like you can see the car is two tone in many different places.... would waxing the car help?

I don't think wax will cure the paint problem. However, a complete paint correction would probably help.

That is prob beyond paint correction repair.. Maybe a yellow LC pad and 105 and if that doesn't do it then repaint.. But looks like the clear coat may be gone and some serious oxidation

Paint correction means polishing the paint. I don't think it will help. Looks like it's completely stripped of clear coat.
