Default Help please with buffing

I recently just purchased a used carbon fiber hood and the guy who I bought it from had reclear coated it and I guess there was orange peal so he wet sanded it and I bought it like that. So I recently bought a buffing wheel and it came with the wool pad. but its been quite a few years since I have done it and So I was wondering if someone can give me a refresher or DIY with how to do it. I found a DIY on here on how to rub it out but the picture wasn't working and I couldn't see what all he used and he didn't name it in the write up.
