Default Towels and Zaino

i'm ready to go head and order the zaino start kit as it seems perfect for all my detailing needs. but now i dont know what towels to get. or rather what size and how many. it seems that everyone seems to like the dftowels so i think i will go with those, unless someone knows something else that is better?

my question now is how many of what sizes should i get? i need towels for drying, waxing and buffing and if there is anything else that goes with the zaino process towels for that too.

i checked through all the threads in the detailing section but couldn't find an answer so any help is appreciated!

tia,
Rajiv

*edit*
oh and one more question what's best for soaping my car?

I use a microfiber wash mit to wash the car. I have two waffle weave towels that I got from the online store over at Autopia.org they are very nice and do not scratch. I have two medium and one large df microfiber towels to remove polish and buff.

Size probably isn't really important (despite all that spam we get from Enzyte telling us otherwise

It is all a matter of preference I think.

Like Doc, I use the "waffle weave" towels from Autopia.org or pakshak.com. For applying and buffing Zaino products I use the applicator and towels from dftowel.com

Now is the time! I've been stuck at 55 since Thanksgiving since the car is covered in my garage for it's long winter's nap!

Hasn't stopped my from doing mods though. I'll be putting something in tonight and pics at 11.

I like the medium size DF towel better for all around removing polish and for using with the Z-6 spray.
