Default rough clearcoat

On the rear right bumper area, just to the left of that beautiful taillight, I noticed that there is a swirly area about the size of a palm that is dull. I can't wax it out. It seems to have been damage done to the clearcoat in the PDI process.

When the car is clean and waxed, that is DEFINITELY noticeable.

Any ideas how to repair this??

Clay bar the area (as well as the car) and the cover it with a nice sealing polish, like zaino, or backfire. te clay bar will tak out the rough finish, and the high end polish will make it optically perfect.
