Default anyone try any of the big name wax as you drys?

seems like a bunch of the big commercial auto cleaning product companies have released wax as you dry sprays similiar in concept to the crystal gaurd.
i was just wondering if anyone has tried any of them???

i have a bottle from Eagle One Wax-as you dry... it doesn't work very well. My microfiber drying cloth sucked up all the petroleum solvent and it stinked afterwards. And the gloss does not seem very durable. Old fashion waxing is still the way to go.

First one I ever saw was the Eagle wax as you dry and they just launched a new ad on tv with the guy with a buffer bonnet installed on a gas weed eater and buffing his Mustang with it, too bad every one I have ever talked to says the eagle stuff performs poorly....

I like the Eagle stuff, but maybe that's because I've not tried Crystal Guard. I used a chamoise just like the bottle said and it seemed like it did a good job. After two weeks my car still looks pretty darn good.

A real wax job that takes more than a few minutes would do a better job I'm sure. You get what you put into it methinks.

I use wax-as-you-dry every car wash to supplement NXT. I dry it off with a water balde and use the wax-as-you-dry as a lubricant of sorts.
I've been doing it this way for a year and a half and am very pleased with the results.

i use the eagle one brand and i like it. it has smoothness and shine. when i use wax as u dry, i use 100% cotton towels, so no problems here.

I also like the eagle one wax as you dry. I use it once a week and it leaves a shiny smooth surface. It has petro dist like other waxes.
