Default Recommendations OTHER than Zaino?

Hi all,

1) Let me apologize, I didn't read the boards at all to determine what everyone would probably recommend. Yes, I'm being lazy and you'll find out in a few days. I've been on a 2 week excursion of repairs with my Z. I'm almost to the point of getting rid of it (if it made financial sense and I was employed currently then I wouldn't even blink - it would be gone).

2) What would you recommend other than Zaino for finishing on the car? Here's why:

2a) I had slight damage on the back right side of my car (the only thing in the last 2 weeks that was my fault). When the body shop worked on it, they put a wax on the car thinking they were doing me a favor. (They were doing me a favor - great rate on fixing my Z - so I didn't complain to them). However, I hated the wax and there's a slight film on my car soooo.....

2b) I'm going to strip the car back down with the claybar and start over on the paint. (Again, if I was employed I'd probably get the front bumper repainted and "guarded" before I did this but oh well - feel sorry for me yet

2c) Anyway, I do NOT want to use Zaino. Not because I don't think it's a good product, I do. It did a great job and I loved the way the car looked BUT, I hate ordering it. That bugs the crap out of me. I want something I can pick up at a Pep Boys or a Auto Zone or something like that.

So, please any recommendations?

Meguiars new NXT Tech Wax is pretty good, that's what wax i'm using the most these days. Also P21S is good and can be bought at any harley dealer for 14.95 under the name S100

But i'd give NXT a try. But make sure to get the tech wax and not the spray bottle stuff by mistake

Easy and simple solution is definately NXT. Just make sure that the HAZE is removed prior to your application. The good thing with NXT too is it does have some cleaning abilities so it might help you get some of that HAZE off. Just like what Dave said go check out Autopia, be careful though once you're an Autopian there's no going back.
