When I bought my first Zaino kit just a little under 2 weeks ago after my Mr. Clean disaster (see https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....threadid=86485), I went all out on my towels and spent about $100 total at DFtowel and Autopia to make sure my Z could look its best. After following the cleaning instructions before use, I used my medium DF towel to add a layer of Z-6 after dawning and claying my Z. But after applying the Z-6 layer, I noticed that about 2 inches of the outer edging came loose from the rest of the towel, staying attached by only a couple of loose threads! The picture below shows the damage to the towel, although it doesn't show nearly how bad it actually is.



And I was absolutely positive that the towel didn't snag on anything. I even switched from my towel to one of my DF applicators around the 350z emblem so that the towel would not snag and get ruined. So considering that the towel was practically brand spankin new, I decided to call up Leo and see what I could do to fix it. After I explained my entire situation, he made no hesitation and quickly said he would just send me another medium concours towel totally free of charge! He didn't even ask for me to return my torn towel as proof of the situation. Talk about customer service at it's best... Leo is the man! And talk about quick delivery, it took only 2 days after my convo with Leo to get my towel!

 

I love seeing business' run this was. Its so professional and that good service will pay off.
