my 13.3 pass was an 81.43 to a 105.83

When I ran my friends 6spd Z from a 60-120 roll. We were in 3rd gear. Going into 4th there was no pulling ahead. He had to shift into 4th to 5th when going past 112. If he didnt shift fast enough I wouldve pulled ahead.

You car has a much more stout upper end than the 350Z does...350Z's powerband falls off around 6200rpms...I'm willing to be that yours is making power near 7000.

post a dyno sheet...and I'll show you the difference...

Lol, looks like your bench racing as well. Ive put mods on my car that SHOULD of given me 1 mph or so but they didnt....your bench racing as well thinking your trap will go up 2 mph with exhaust and a clutch/fw. Not saying it cant but your assuming, just as Dom is that he will go low 13's with a rear end swap.

also for BriGuyMax.... i ran a 8.934 @ 79.86 1/8 and a 13.805 @ 102.9 1/4 in my auto Z so him gaining 24 mph isnt all that outa the question..

2mph??? I've trapped 104.3 (and that was with just intake and test pipes, not on my best E.T. run)...so considering that I've already trapped between 104 and 105mph I think that adding an exhaust and flywheel I'll AT LEAST match what I ran before. I could also put an arguement for 13.3 being low 13s...but I'm not going to go there right now.

just as I suspected...your power falls off MUCH less than a stock Z's above 6000...plus you have an extra 700rpms of good power to play with.

What you trap, regardless of your peak hp and torque numbers is hardly comparable to a stock Z.

my last comment on this thread... briguymax... why arent you just congratulating another Z on a good performance? it may have been the track conditions or wutever that may have helped the auto Z out but is there really a reason for Z owners bashing each other? its kinda like you have an issue with the auto Z doing good since you got the manual... but if you continue to research Z's... the fastest Z's or drag racing cars out there all use autos... anyways i believe this is just kind of a retarded arguement going on rite now. latz

perfect...you're modded and you don't even pick up 24mph in the second 1/8....so how do expect a stock Z to?????

Quote from my very first post in this thread:
Congrats if you really did run that time.
We're not talking about all out drag cars here...we're talking about near stock street cars.

Thanks for playing!!!

Its more common than you think. I trapped 80.82 in the 1/8 mile and trapped 104.8 in the 1/4 mile with a cat back.
