6000 rpm launch??

Sure.... whatever dude. Do you drive an S2000?

Someone here back me up, but where I'm from, 6k launch would result in spin spin spin.

Z28 is not a rival to a 350Z ... it's just cheap made american non traction available car

What does the 2006 Z/28 look like? I checked http://www.z28.com/ and couldn't find a picture! How about the 2005 model? Wait, didn't GM stop making those camaros?

Saw in a hot rod magazine that the 69 camaro has been approved by GM to be sold as a crate kit. Now that would be hot.

Oh I know I had a CRX with a B20vtec in it with a built head and it was WAY quicker than my Z28. I ended up trading it for a street bike which is now for sale, but ya I have friends with some fast *** Hondas. Thing is you dont see them everywhere and 75% of them arent faster than me.....lol.

Just like Nissan stopped making the Z cars in the 90s????

Your argument sucks.

The Z28 was built for more continuous years than the Z car.

I love it when Z owners have some sort of superiority complex that they drive a "Z"......hello.....wake the **** up.....you aren't driving a Ferrari....OR a Vette for that matter.

only old guys drive vettes... and i rarely see them modded. Give me a base model Z and 10 grand and I will blow the doors off your vette and look cooler doing it.

Hahaha.... not trying to start up some S**T... Im just not a domestic fan, but you do have a good point about the continuity of camaros vs. Z's ... you just came off REALLY angry about it.

I'm not hostile.

It's just that when a story online doesn't Jive, I tend to ask questions. I didn't put up the flag...... yet.

I didn't even touch the part about you racing all the way through 5th gear, in traffic, from a stoplight.

Anyone here that can tell me at what speed you shift from 4th to 5th?

I know you gearing isn't as wide as mine (125mph shifting to 5th), but that's gotta be freakin fast.

I don't know if the story is BS, but some parts seem to be exaggerated a bit. (6k launch, race from stop through 5th gear from a stoplight).

Sad to cut yourself off to over half the cars out there.

I'm a car fan. In fact, my short list of cars I'd consider buying, or would drive, currently has more imports than domestics on it.

What is an import or domestic anyways? Does it matter where it's assembled? Where the parts come from? What badge is on the outside?

A good car at a good price, is great, no matter what the badge says.
