define gutted?

its just a grey area that needs explaination IMO.

I was once accused of being gutted by a cobra i had beaten. I have a rear seat delete and i happened to have my passenger's seat out for the whole trip to the track since i knew no one would be riding with me. 2 minutes work for a tenth and .6 mph.

Now i run full interior always with text books and a carload full of a crap. no wonder i am slow

yea bert my "gutted interior" consists of spare and jack removal and i took out my 35 lb passenger seat... maybe i should take my interior panels off and strip my carpet too while i have it all gutted out huh? stop makin excuses that i beat you in the 1/4, youl have ure netics and be on your way to kickin my "gutted" ***.

what was your 8th et & mph and 1/4 mph & ETon the 12.9 runs and the 12.7?

haha well my wheels were some off brand called Barts racing wheels and they were 15 inch wheels which i somehow managed to fit over my non brembo calipers. Then my slicks that i ran those times with were 11.5 inch wide Hoosier Quick Time Pros and they were 27" tall. I now have 10.5" wide hoosiers because my others were worn becauase i bought them used. Now my new slicks grip so well i keep bogging off my launches and cant seem to cut the same times, best i got on these new slicks was 13.0 @107, ill try and raise the psi next time so i dont bog as much, well see.

yall must have a nice track there, i spin slicks if I launch too hard here.

best 60 I cut was on nittos was a 1.76 and ran a 12.57

i dunno i ran it at capitol raceway which some people refer to as a crap track but i always run so much better there than at MIR. I can drop my clutch at 6k and it will spin some and then as the spinning slows down i start to bog. Ill try and fix that this next season coming up.

Bobby our spare and jack weigh like 60lbs, it def helped you out, you act like it barely makes a difference. And I dont care if you beat my 1/4 time Im happy for you man, cuz we both know Ive beaten you every time we have ever raced BTW the install has begun

since im all motor this year ill be competing against those drag setup civics with the motor swaps. they run mid 12's and some high 11's. If im lucky i could walk away with a trophy at one of em. Youll be goin against the TT supras with nitrous, good luck with that.

$hit Id get bent over quick. I wouldnt run unless Id be competitive.....otherwise just for personal satisfaction and bragging rights.

If you did headers, cams, and a UTEC that would be a SICK NA set-up. Along with 3.9 FD

Thought I just post it, Ive seen some of the times on here and there really good. Im from Palmdale and run at LACR. My car is basically stock, I have a drop in K&N filter and thats it. My fastest run is 14.1@99 mph 60ft 2.173 sec.
react. .008. I ran that time on stock tires with like 32 psi.Any body know what that would be at sea level?

13.67@102.36mph, I think.
