quick Q. what would an NA 300whpZ run in the 1/4 mile? about stock weight decent street tires.

curious cause a friend is claiming its gonna run mid 13s but i think id be faster then that.... could be wrong tho.

oh ok....it should run low 13's high 12's it may be hard to do on street tires...but it could be done...

Try to get 300whp out of N/A....its going to cost you and I dont recall ever seeing 300whp N/A Z on here . Takes more than N/A to reach that .The Z is already almost maxed to its potential hp, nissan tweaked out the VQ. Race him live fast but shift faster.

I run low 13's with 262whp. A 300whp Z on slicks with a good launch and a great driver would be mid 12's @ 110mph or so.

you should be in the mid 12's . 300hp in a z when set up correctly @ +/- 3200lbs race weight would be in the low 12's on slicks...1.6 60' and 109/110 mph

I was close to 300rwhp N/A and I ran 12.8's with 287rwhp. And that was with Street tries... Bfgoodrich T/A KD. They should easly run mid twelves or even lower.

+1 on that. I ran low 13's and before I took all my mods off, I dynoed 262 exactly. Although, your trap was higher. You should have more in there Alberto. 300whp would probably average 13 flat on street tires.

thing is, a 300whp Z could weigh considerably less than stock just by changing some of the power parts alone.


high 12's are totally possible

D350z10 your saying you ran 12.8's on g-tech? well i guess that means my car runs consistent 1.4 60 fts on street tires if g-tech is reputable...

also did you actually get dynoed at 287 to the wheels? if so where and what were your mods at that point?

Hey what up I ran a 12.8 with a 1.89 60 and 107 trap I had Crawford headers, plenum, injen intake, helix test pipes, greddy evo 2exhaust, ur pulleys, Greddy emanage, and used 94 octane and my car weighs about 3160 with me in it. On BRAND NEW Bfgoodrich TA KD tires best dry traction out.... And alberto before the Headers I RAN 13.4-13.5's on my tires at the track and used my G-tech at the same time and was more by a hundreth of a second, so it is very reasonable time.

so you are saying it went 12.8 at the track??

No i ran 13.5 at the track and the g-tech read the same thing to show proof that the g-tech is pretty accurate, I ran 12.8 on the street 3 times it was 12.87 12.89 amd 12.87.
