How many runs did you make? Did they all look like that? I think something is wrong with your car. Or possibly it is that you are just an INCREDIBLY slow shifter but I find it hard to believe that anyone besides someone who is driving a stick for the first time in their life could shift so slow that they are trapping 6-10mph slower than they should be.

Went to the track today. And My trap speed did go up. And I found out that it has alot to do with me. The fastest I got this was 14.5 I believe. Had another Z owner at the track drive the car for me and he got 14.3 at 98.8 mph with a 2.1 60 ft. I think Im still missing some top end power. But Im getting there. Tires are pretty worn, Tech barely let me pass. Time for some drag radials. The avg trap speed was 97-98 mph.

Well that's a bit more like it. Still low but not so low that it can't be accounted for by simple atmospheric conditions and driver experience/ability.

Scanning and posting time slips is always appreciated.

Worn tires are OK. They may not be too safe in the rain, but racing is OK. An advantage in Arizona is low humidity. I’ll take a guess and say that it is less than 50 percent. As you mentioned, practice is the key. Spring 2006 will be my third racing season. My first season I was running 14.0 seconds plus. My second better than 14.0 seconds. No changes were made to the car. The only change was my technique.

Went to the track today. Only got to run 3 times. My best is 14.020. Heres my timeslip.

.388
2.064
5.907
9.039
79.46
11.658
14.020
98.091

Also got my MPH up to 100.5. This was done running on my 19s. Funny thing is I took out my JWT pop charger and went faster. It could have been the track. On my 14.02 That was my best 60 ft ever. I wanted to try and stay longer but time didnt permit for me. I just wanted a 13.99999 and I would have been happy. But all in all. Im quite happy.

Ha^^ Thats questionable for many reasons I wont get into, basically it was never backed up, although many 12.9's are legit.

Work-nice improvement man, keep up the good work...
