I am not sure on how to check, other than weighing them, unless the person selling them has a 93, and is selling them after getting aftermarket wheels. Make sure to ask the seller which year wheels are.

thats not gonna work very well with around 400 pounds of torque ehh... i have a nitrous setup running around 100 shot, thinking of bumping it up and i htink the torque mite be a little to much for 225's...

What is a good size MT DR to run on 16x8? I got a set of rx7 wheels and need tires now. I am thinking a 255 or 265 /50. I have to consider the offset of the wheel also. They are close to the suspension.

I have 26" MT ET Streets mounted on 16x8 (or 16x8.5?) 300zx TT wheels.

They hook really nice but I haven't found the best 60ft just yet. I don't think they are too wide or too heavy for me, I pulled a several 13.3x's with them and I only have intake and test pipes. Those times are also with a weak sauce 1.92 60fts, I was running the tire pressure too high.

Im not sure. They were off of a 98 Mustang GT. We put them on to make sure that they fit before I paid the guy.

This is when we were test fitting them.
As a side note, that wheel with a worn out ET Street on it only weighs 36lbs.

VeeTec,

How have those wheels worked out for you? I still haven't put any tires on mine, but I am about too. Wanted to make sure there weren't any problems before I committed to the purchase. Wish you had a different setup?

Mine has worked out fine. Cheap alternative to drag wheels.
