It depends on the weight of your car and what the conditions of your track and climate are.
For slicks, you want to be at the highest possible tire pressure without slipping. So, you always start high then reduce it by 1 psi if you spin. When you hook up without spin, that's where you want it to stay for that night.

You shouldn't be swaying too much. If you are, then you need more air in your tires. You should feel very little, unless you're going 115+.
