I must say i was a little disappointed with the time and especially my MPH.
But there was a few other G35s and another stockish 350z there and none of them ran a faster time than me.

It was around 65 degrees, humidity was probably around 60-70%.

Got three runs in, but the third didn't matter since I forgot to turn VDC off for that one.

Anyway, I launched at 2500 and 3000rpms respectively on those runs. Didn't get much difference results, at 2500 the car bogged down and at 3000 I spun through almost all of first gear. I was trying to feather the clutch.

I shifted at 6500rpms in every gear.

My thing is I'm amazed the MPH are that slow. The ET is ok with me since I know my 60' needs work, but only 97-98mph? and only a 18-19mph gain in the backhalf? I don't know what to make of it.

I was going to try shifting at 6000rpms on my last run but like I said, I was with Stupid and forgot to turn off VDC

Any tips will be appreciated, but again, as far as I know I was the fastest Z/G35 there that night, which is kind of sad if you ask me.

 

Do you drive a G35 or 350Z?
