Wish I could race, but my car isn't going to be ready. But there will be a 584WHP EVO there on Saturday.

Holy crap it was hot!!!!

Thank you Gargoyle for the easy up and water filled ice chest, I don't think I would have survived the heat!!!

I run almost a second slower than I should have (best run was 12.7)

Our tempurature gauges froze up it was so hot. By 10 am it was over 110 degrees, I checked online and at 7:30 pm it was still 105 even the best track can not hold that kind of heat.

Once the weater cools down we will be able to get some decent runs out there

My Z got nerfed with the heat. I guess doing 14.8 with 12 gallons of gas in tow isnt too bad @ 148 track temps.

148 track temps, damn that is hot. After today, Cal Speedway will be open again for street legals in September, temps should be a lot cooler.

I just checked the tempuratures and of course today it's only 93 degrees....and I'm sure it's not even close to the amount of cars because of the results yesterday.
Figures

IT was FnHOT!...No need for thanks Tomcat, it's all in the family. Seems the track got slower and slower as the day got hotter and hotter...by the end of the day there were only 4 or 5 cars hot lapping.
Still don't know what mine can do....TRACTION was my biggest problem. At one point it seemed I was drifting at the 60' !! LOL Def gonna correct this problem by SEPT. Gonna wait till the heat comes down to a decent 90 at least (lol).
Now lookin at Buttonwillow in August...(maybe)
Going to Infineon Raceway this weekend to watch my cousin run 380RWHP NSX...another track day...BTW anyone know how many times you can get sun burned?? (((LOL)))
