Same here. Ive gotten that floating feeling a few times. I think it was the amount of pressure that was in them at the time though.

^not bad, but you are losing power in the second 1/8th.....19.xx mph gained is not all that great. What was the density altitude?

 

Looks like DA was around 2600~, now does that mean I did ok this this kind of DA or should have been doing better?

I judge my skills with 1/8 mile time and speed. 8.9 seconds is good.

I judge how my car is running by subtracting 1/4 - 1/8 mile speed. Here it is about 19 MPH. Regardless of your skills there is little you can do about this number.


Here the Z is picking up 21 MPH in the second 660 feet. This is not the result of any hot dog drag racing skills just density altitude.

In theory. The Bolt-on record for 350z is still held by a DE. That should change rather soon I would hope.

 

yeah saw that. built motor got him there im assuming. im deciding between another CTSV or my 4th 350Z. if its a Z, top 3 for the NA motors is my goal

 

No, sfarrah's car ran 12.87 with bolt-ons, which is quicker than any of the HR's have gone to date.....Jeremy Tibbs car was built (#1).
