Personal best on my first and only run since completing the build. This was low boost, so expect me to move up very soon!

I really don't see how that even matters. I spent the $70,000 on the car, not Tyler. He works for Intense, so he was driving it to see what needs to be tweaked. If you look at the current list, if it is by driver, then it doesn't make sense. If Sound Performance, IP, Intense, MRC, etc "drove" the car for the record times, then I'd love to know how they fit their entire company into the driver's seat!
I will drive the car down the track soon and will be shooting for a much higher placement in this list, so it doesn't really matter. There is no verification of who the driver is on lots of these cars and I can tell you for sure that the owner of some of the top cars in this list are not the drivers that ran them.
Anyway, whatever is decided is fine by me. This would only be a temporary placement until I get back to the track anyway.

^^ I read that you were going back out there when the track officials are a bit more lenient so you can get more than 1 run in. I'm curious to see how you'll do with the TC issue resolved.
As for the shop cars, didn't Chris drive for SP, Hal for IP, Julian for MRC, etc drive? I don't think the drivers change for those shop cars. The rest of the Z/Gs are privately owned and the owner of the car was the driver.
I don't mind putting you on the list, just trying to be fair for the others that are already on the list.
Also, yours is an auto, correct? I'm sure driving down the 1320' isn't as hard as it is with the 6MT. That is, more people will produce similar times than outliers so technically changing drivers probably won't give you an edge anyway.

I actually know that several of the shops have someone else drive for them. The point though, is that Julian does not own his car, Chris does not own his car, etc. The company owns them and the company doesn't drive the car, the members of the LLC drive the car. I had just never seen any discussion or question about who drove the car before. I volunteered the information, because I don't care. Just leave it off for now. I'll go back soon. The tuner just told me last night that we could add a lot more timing for my low boost tune and run again with the alignment fixed and run a much better time without worrying about the TC yet.

Do not like the idea.
For example davidv could be in the Top-25 with 3 cars that he does not own. And how does this reflect your skills? This would bump 3 worthwhile and hard working racers out.
Then we have multiple entries for the same Z - different drivers. Defeats the purpose of camaraderie and individual progression.
One Z. One owner. You drive.

Notice that the exceptions are in the top couple of cars. Not just anybody can safely hop in a car and run 9 or 10 second runs when the car is first built. Sure, I drive my car down the track, but when I turn up the boost, I will have someone else drive it first. I don't want to be the one in the driver's seat if something goes wrong, because I don't have the experience to deal with that as well as someone else at this point.
I don't think I'm any different than a shop owner in that respect, Discount Payment Services, LLC owns the vehicle and cannot possibly drive the car. The managing member of the LLC is my family trust. The trust cannot drive the car either. The trustees are me, my wife, and our children. I do not believe it would be wise for the five of us to drive it together. I'm just showing the error in saying that the "owner of the vehicle" must be the driver and vice versa to get a record. After as much as I have spent on my car and all the blood, sweat, and tears into it, it doesn't make sense to disqualify my records simply because there is no way for the "owner of the vehicle" to drive it. This is why the shop cars are not investigated to uncover who the record should go to. The shop that owns the car gets the record, so technically, if you want to give credit to my company for the record, I'm cool with that.
I'm not really arguing to change your mind, but just to maybe help us come to some policy for this thread. Not that it is really "official," but it is the most comprehensive list of its kind for our cars, and therefore is viewed as official to most people. Official rules that are consistent would be advisable.
I ran 11.61 @ 115 the other day, but I'm going to post when I run with high boost in a few weeks.

no traction
1) 2006 350z touring
2)6 speed
3)Dry Rotted et streets (255/?/16 borrowed, too short, had to shift to 5th right before line)
4)Greddy TT td05-18g 14psi
5) NO N2O
6)Built bottom end

Any you fellas know about how accurate an AWD Mustang dyno 1/4 run is?
Never dragged my Z, but i have an 05' Touring AUTO with MD 5/16 IT, JWT PC, Injen SES catback, and a reflash tune, as far as performance mods go.
On the Mustang dyno, i did a 1/4@13.8@98mph in full AUTO mode, not Trip, street tires.
Wondering how accurate this may be. Plan to go to strip soon, but curious on this. Tia.
