I dont think its fair to add the 07's to the stock category... they own basically all of the records... i know for me i ran a 14.034 on my completely stock G35 (slower than a Z) and thats pretty dang fast for a DE, those HR's shouldnt be included, us DE's have no chance...

comletely bone stock down to the tire, first run ever in that car. i was happy with that time, they kept getting worse after that run.

2008 base model 6 speed with stock shoes. mods are in my signature. I was in the left lane. only the third time ever down the track so i'm pretty happy with it!!!

i have a question,l just got back from the track, ran a 14.292 my car is stock but i dont have stock tires, as i have 40k on my odometer and had to switch them out. i am still on street tires though would i get on the board?

That is a disadvantage of owning a one or two year old “stock” car. Most drivers have replaced the OEM tire with another brand.
Agreed. As long as they are the same size tires no matter what model tire or brand I would still call that stock.
Some Z's came with RE040s, some with RE050s, so it doesn't matter.
