not really... my traps were around 98 when I was stock and I live in Az.
It all depends on the DA of the particular race day. It is not uncommon for a Z to trap that low. That's the bad part of the timeslips being posted. Except for the 60' and mph gained from 1/8-1/4, the ET/mph really doesn't mean anything. The sea level guys posting low 13 second ET's only do that because of where they live. There is still no NA Z in Vegas that has broken into 13 seconds that I know of. In fact, for this time of year, getting into 14's stock is fairly decent.
Now I'm not sure about Scottsdale, but I know Phoenix is about on par with times posted at LVMS for NA cars. In the winter time, better times will hapen, but summertime sucks around these parts.
The new guy couldn't quite break into the 12s, but I see it happening as soon as he gets use to his car. I think we kinda pressured him to run that night.

I'm hoping to get into 12's one day. It's not gonna happen with my insanely craptastic 60' skills and the toyo's I'm running. I got the speed to do it, just need the skills now.

Well we actually don't have any raceways in Scottsdale. But scottsdale and phoenix merge so it's the same temps pretty much +- a degree or two if you go north scottsdale. But our temps out here are hotter than your and I had a 13.8 with intake exhaust. trapped at about 102. But as far as N/A is concerned I was doing 13.67 as my best.

I would love for you to bring your intake/exhaust 350Z and try to break into the 13's here at lvms. As an example, last friday, the DA here was 5600'. I just don't see it happening. But hey, always a first, I guess.
If you ran that here, that would correct to about 12.7 at 109mph. It aint gonna happen with an NA Z on the stock block.
It was 98 when I left at 2130. About 100 when I got there at 2000. 7% humidity.
On the good side, it wasn't crowded, so I got in 6 runs within the 90 minutes and there was a bikini contest going on (they put the winner in my car for one of my runs).
Were you driving the white Z? BTW, at Friday's MM, the DA for LVMS was 5600' (ouch).
None of the guys were out there on Friday. terrasmak is silver. I think I'm going to start hitting MM every week until I can figure out wtf is going on with me and my car.
