I'm not going to try to make excuses for Julian or defend his behavior. But all of those threats in those quotes were conditional and would not be considered a crime here in Arizona. From the quotes you provided, it sounds like you'll have nothing to worry about if you don't go to his shop. If you really feel threatened by him, why do you keep adding fuel to the fire with antagonistic remarks/responses on this forum? This continuing feud looks very mutual and far from one-sided. I can be a hot head too sometimes (as I've been often accused), but Holy Sh*t, you both take the cake!!!

OK, so you felt the need to get an attorney to seek possible legal action. Fine. But why is your attorney on here insulting him and acting unprofessionally? No reputable attorney would do that. Like others have said, your attorney should have just sent him a formal letter. As a LEO myself, I took offense to some former prosecutor coming on a public forum and threatening another officer's career. Hence, I made the half-serious proctologist remark in my last post in an attempt add more silly and ridiculous hilarity.

I'm not trying to pick sides. For the most part, I have found this thread to be very entertaining and funny!!! I'm just giving my perspective and my . I hope the two of you can really put the past behind you after this race and if you can't be friends afterwards, at least leave each other alone!!!

I don't know if you know this, but you and I have a mutual friend. Rob H is my neighbor. He has said you're a good guy and I know he chooses his friends carefully. That's why I was kinda surprised by your actions on this thread. You need to chill too! That being said... Well let me say I have done your job and I have done the job MRC does, they have alot in comparision and a goal and that is to keep the people of a City,State, Town or Country safe from the wrong doers, so beofre you go off stating your job is so bad think about it you made the choice no one forced you into itthe same way MRC chose his profession..Now lets all grow up and move along please..

Julian...I'm going to give you some free legal advice.I know we have never met but you've got to listen for a second. STOP posting in this forum in reference to Phil.I don't know if Jersey law is different from Florida law but there are statutes for aggravated assault over the internet. First Amendment is not going to cover these "alleged" threats. Also if he goes to your department and I.A. gets wind of this,well you know where I'm going with this. I know that you might not agree that your comments to Phil are a crime, but the totality of all statements that are being made, well you know where I'm going with this also. Phil,your lawyer should be giving you the same advice. Good Luck with the race today.........
