Im sure there will be about 37 video cameras there..And it will be on Street fire,youtube,putfile,my350, myspace, ect..ect..within 30 minutes after the race..This is the "Showdown at E-Town"....Nuff said..

I agree with you. Here in NJ certain Criteria need to be met for Agg Assault..None of which refer to a non specific threat of bodily harm and or death..Those would fall under Terroristic threats, and non of those criterea have been met on ,my end..The victim would have to reasonably be in fear for his life and believe the credibility of the threat.
Obviously a loosely perceived threat on the victims behalf from a L.E.O. of death would not reasonably meet terroristic threats.. However a threat from , lets use for example, a known organized crime member or affiliate, may be percieved as credible that the likely hood that the person making the threat has the Ability to carry out the threat.
In NJ the AGG Assault statue, one would have to do one of the following:
Cause severe bodily harm with permanent and signifigant injury..(Broken jaw,bones,scars,ect..)
Assault someone with a weapon. Bat,Knife,gun,ect..
Knowingly point a firearm at a person
Fire a firearm at a person..
Or assault someone with the "intent" to cause serious bodily harm
Ect...ect..

None of which have i done to anyone on these forums..

Please respond to Phil and let him know that I did not write that..He did..I appologize for any inconvienience this may have caused him also..I am making every best effort to avoid him..Also please tell him for him and his lawyer to stop Harrassing me via internet postings. If the name calling and untruths do not stop, I also will persue action.I have consulted my lawyer also, and he feels I have a case to seek financial damages against both Philthy and his lawyer for spreading false hoods that adversely effect my business and assets..
