Default Bolt on guys, what're your drag times & mods?

Looking to buy a bolt on here and there, and was curious what some of you guys are using and thus achieving with your drag times. I'm looking at getting a y-pipe, plenum, and will be getting new tires soon. Considered an intake but searched and found out 06 airboxes are better than the rest - so I'll only consider a new filter and that's it.

Anywho, looking forward to seeing who has what and their times.

I cant believe that you have never found these ETs: https://my350z.com/forum/drag/233840-top-25-1-4-mile-times-for-tt-st-supercharger-nitrous-bolt-ons-stock.html.

Mods are generally listed in the racers signature.

My 04 best time was run with a JWT pop charger, Borla TD exhaust, Helix TP's, AAM angled plenum spacer, Nismo FW and MT DR's.

13.01@105.69

I would like to better that with my stock 07.

I've seen that many times, but it does nothing for me. It isn't the least bit detailed. All it shows is times and whether or not the car is stock. It doesn't tell me the extent/type of mods per owner and his time.

That's pretty damn nice. Your biggest power mod is the plenum, right?

I know briguymax went 13.3 @ 104.x (i'm positive on the ET, 99% positive on the trap) with JWT POP, Helix testpipes, Borla 2.5" TD exhaust in his loaded 03 touring model.

Some pretty impressive numbers. I can definitely appreciate the low 13s with such minimal mods. Sounds awesome. I've been searching around and it seems like the plenum spacers are the best bang for the buck for Zs. Any disadvantages, side-effects, etc. that I should know about before considering an install?

Also, I won't be removing my stock strut-bar, so I'll likely go with the Motordyne spacer since that's the one that fits, right?

Yes, it fits. There is PLENTY of info. on it in this forum. No need for anymore ?'s with that one.

I have TP's, popcharger and spacer and ran 13.9 @102 with a horrible 60'. I should be seeing atleast 13.7 if not better soon.

Arnold,

You are not going to get alot out of bolt-ons with the older engines. Lets say they dyno 235hp stock on a dyno jet. If you add just about every bolt on and tune the car, you will be around 270-280hp to the wheels.

There is really no need to make the nice clean list cluttered with all of this info.

Now if you add cams and do head work, then that will bump you up closer to the 300hp mark. If that is added, then i will note it on the list.

Later
Todd

My 13.212 @ 104.75 was achieved with JWT Popcharger, MD MRev2, MD 5/16th Spacer, IP resonated test pipes, and slicks. That was also my first time out with slicks and I was only improving, but it started to rain so I had to quit.
