Stock 17" rims and Firestone Wide oval tires.
255/45/17 rear and 245/45/17 front.
Not bad tires.

We are running the Stock VQ block, crank, & heads Of course they are modified they are stock castings with minor mods.

how did you guys get past the issue of the coolant flash boiling in the rear of the block? a guy here in texas had his block built buy sgp. it melted on its dyno run at high boost. i think they were somewhere around 600hp and the coolant in the rear of the block was flash boiling due to the extreme heat. did you guys just somehow enlarge the coolant passages?

Hmm, maybe the system was air bound. We have made well over 1400 on a dyno and the car puts well over 1600 to the ground we haven't encountered any such problem and I actually measure my coolant temp at the rear of the block where it comes out of the cylinder heads, the motor has a small radiator and really never goes past 175 F even under high boost passes.

I believe the reason he mentioned you're not using a VQ was that your website states: quote: Carl Jr. replaced his ’04 Nissan 350Z’s 3.5 liter V6 with a smaller 2.6 liter inline6 end quote.

Is that a different car or is the site not updated?

Yea, Firestone Wide oval 255/45/17
Dyno'd today and found out my A/F is way too lean, it's over 14.
My new mods are killing me. I have to buy a Emanage ultimate to get this fixed.
