im sorry theres just no way to explain pulling that 1/8th mile mph with that 60ft. and that mph with just a few little mods and not spraying some where down the track...theres just no other way to explain it....im out

Its OK. Here's the deal:

If you are competing in a class, say 4 cylinder with power adder vs 6 cylinder, you can NOT be plumbed for nitrous. Doesn't matter if you have a bottle or not you can not race in this class.

Rules here are more liberal.

so either way u wanna look at it, u are saying u pulled 82mph in a 1/8th and 104.52 mph in the 1/4 with a 2.3 60ft. with just test pipes and spacer...NO!! and then u are saying u only picked up 1 mph on the spray and ran 105mph..lol...no matter what the 60ft. was u would have picked up much more mph from off the spray to on it...a normal low 14 second run with little mods and a 2.3 ish 60ft. is almost always under 100mph at very very most 100mph.. u def. ran on spray id say 75 shot and just cant get the car out of the whole and need more work..peace

well if the car spun, then he would have a slower 60 ft, slower E/T, but a faster trap. but im not gettin into this argument. thats just normally how it works. my faster time had my slowest mph

that's what I'm saying... When you hook you lose the mph.. Rule of thumb. It's not really all that easy launching an open diff rwd car on an unprepped track with one tire that loves to spin....
I haven't used my nitrous since my car was on the dyno... My air fuels scare me too much to risk hurting the engine. It is what it is.. Everyone I know knows how well my car runs. I know how well. I expect ppl to not believe it when their cars don't run as well with simple bolt ons..

yeah i agree with that but too run 104mph either with a bad launch or good launch n/a with those little mods and to not break 8's in a 1/8, but to run a 13.7 at 104.52 with that bad of a 60ft is just unheard of....id have to say its a nitrous system that isn't tuned properly on a small shot. to make up time like that from the 1/8th

either way then to say sorry u guys are slow when this dudes running 14's or 13's or whatever..wow just wow..those are n/a times and 14's are bad n/a times so don't know where that makes sense

I'm talking about this unheard of trap speed I pulled... Look dude if you wanna flame my times then complain to a wall... you've said you're out like three times in this thread.. so hop off my nuts... Like I said eleventybillion times my car was not being sprayed... sorry you don't comprehend.. you think I'd be proud of running high 13's on spray?? use your head guy..
you will have your video sunday. then you can apologize to me for being a douche about this all.. sorry your car trapped 100, mine didn't.. sucks to be you
p.s. from what I've gathered most of you Z guys really don't know dick about drag racing

sucks to be me...i think not. im not the one running 14's on spray...then saying oh i don't wanna spray it cause im scared of my a/f's..that makes a lot of sense right...u just don't make sense...and how would it suck to be me when i ran faster than ur times n/a with just intake..u pulled mph..must be a downhill track idk what else to say then..sprayed or downhill or huge tailwind...who knows good for u running those crappy times spraying

really looks like u know alot about drag racing pulling 2.3-2.6 60ft. times...did u start in reverse cause u are supposed to be pointed the right way in gear i think i heard somewhere... and it just amazes me how u ran 79 mph on the 1/8th the run u claim to be spraying and 82mph off the spray in the 1/8th from what u claim...that just makes so much sense right

The reason people are flamming you is because you are claiming to be this great driver while never pulling a better 60' than a 2.3 and running 14's on spray. It is also quite "strange" that you trap almost identical to your nitrous runs. Personally I don't see how you can pull those traps with those mods. My car only traps around 105 with 273whp and you aren't close to that with those mods. I have made 500+ passes in my life with many of those in my 11.0 turbo integra (so you can leave the better driver stuff out of it). I am also going to stay out of this arguement from here on out, but I hope you can prove everyone (me) wrong.

I'll be waiting for my apology sunday buddy.. Hope you know how to swallow your pride and admit you're wrong... I ran those 14's on spray with a 2.6 sixty foot a month before I even had it on a dyno... After the dyno it showed me I really need to be tuned before I run nitrous through it again. What can I say I'm a crap driver, but I'm getting better and have no doubt in my mind with a little more practice I will be deep into the 13's.
p.s. I don't really care how you feel about my p.s. comments most of you guys are a joke.. you take these slow *** cars you had to work all your lives to get wayyyy too seriously.. It's pathetic

how do u explain to run almost 83mph off the spray in a 1/8th off the spray then 79mph on the spray in the 1/8th..thats all i want to know...then to only pull 1mph more in the quarter than off the spray..it just doesn't make sense and obviously u are not gonna say now u were ********ting..so yeah it is what it is i guess right..prove us all wrong..everyone who sees the times knows whats up

I've pulled better than 2.3 I pulled a 2.0 when the car was stock... Ran 13.9@101 stock... not too bad all things considered.. I didn't see if you have a base Z or not but I've had lsd rwd cars and they are much easier to launch than an open diff car...
I know it all seems kinda strange but really I have no reason to lie... for reference my nitrous run was spraying in second and half of third. none in first and obviously none in fourth. I would have liked to get another nitrous run in this time spraying all the way through but I wasn't able to run again that day...

all i see is a slow *** driver trying to fit in and needing spray to keep up with n/a guys, its not the car its u making it slow

Mine is a touring....and I pulled a couple 1.9's this weekend (mostly 2.0-2.1). Reason I haven't updated my times below is I can't back it up cause I washed my jeans with the slips in there (sounds convienient I know, but I plan to run friday (weather permitting) and update with new mods and submit it on the top 25 list). Best time of the weekend was 13.48@104.78 (at current power levels) and your 1/8 was about .5 mile per hour higher than mine.

3-4 mph from i/tp is nuts........i'll just leave it at that. Took me about 35-40whp to go from 100.5 to my current speed.
