Front Sway bar
Took my sway bar off my Nismo. Memphis motor sports park test, tune tonight.
Sway bar total weight was 18.5 lbs.Temp should be around low 60's - mid 50's by the time the nights over. Close to when i posted my best time of 13.4.
I'll post results tonight or early tomorow am.

Weight does transfer, just could'nt get Faulkin 615's to hook. Could not get rid of wheel hop did not want to break a half shaft so let off every time.
My advice to anyone that is interested would be to try it your self, it's like any mod. it takes time to get use to. Like launching,it takes practice, its another tool to use.
Posting best time and todays time. Only thing that improved was my trap speed by almost 2 mph. 1.8 to be exact. must be my $69 mod that did it! LOL
I'm lucky #13

I might give it a shot on Fri.....not sure if I'll have time to get the front bar off by then, but we'll see. I just want a 1.80 60'. That and temps in the 40-50 range should give me the number I want. Thanks for giving it a run.
What mods on your nismo?

K&N filter inserts,1995 Cobra R wheels 17X9 with Faulkin 615's 275/40/17.
Took rear muffler off and had a pipe with tip welded and then bolted to original exhaust.Pipes coming of today sounds bad a$$ but to loud!
Good luck on friday if you get a chance, not that hard to remove.

Havent had a chance to run at the track the weather here is horrible, but i have to agree with nismo, its been like a week and a half and i love it driving with it off, it takes some gettin used to for those who like corners, but for me its perfect, since i have to be careful running DR's on a daily basis
I went to the track today and i have to say doing this was a good idea. My average 60' was a 1.889. I am very pleased and i highly recommend the removal of the sway bar
Removing the sway bar is a bit more (unnecessary) work compared to simply removing one bolt from each endlink to disconnect it from the bar itself. It takes like 5 minutes per side, including wheel removal.
hey guys went on track wednesday. my third time .i have a question ,why my speed at finish line are higher than everyone else .
look at my timeslips and tell me if im doing everything right ,
mods are HKS Hi power ,injen Cai , berk hfc ,08 base , stock wheels and tires(that what kills my time i guess)
my 60 feet time is 2.2-2.3 so if i get better tires launch better .ill shave those 0.4 off my time .means that im gonna run 13.0 or under 13.0?
