Default how to rev engine so car jerks back and forth

i was just curious cause i see it all the time in videos when people rev their cars and the car looks like its actually trying to move forward but is being held back.

if you go to 1:55 here you will see what i mean: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f3comQxPNWI&NR=1

it looks a lot cooler than simply revving in neutral or with clutch in hahaha

can anyone actually try to be useful? i dont see how its that obvious at all...

i thought this forum is a place to learn not for douchebags to be rude to people asking questions.

quiksilver38 i bet your sig says "a wrong answer is better than no answer" cause you offered poor advice and you're trying to make yourself feel better right? judging from the type of answers you provide, you should change your sig to "no answer is better than a useless answer".

and thank you SuperBlack350z for being a decent human being.

LOL i doubt most of the people that posted in this thread know how to do it.

1) In a manual car, u gotta hold the brake, and gas with your heel while riding the clutch... its not easy and causes way more harm than a neutral rev.

2) In an auto, just hold the brake and jab the gas repeatedly...

Please do not attempt this...ok...even if aznmojo just gave you the key to destroying your clutch, and embrassing yourself at a stoplight....

it's not that cool

+1, especially when you join a forum just to ask how to do it
