its a fast track no doubt....but that downhill argument is B.S......many people say MIR is actually the place to go for amazing ET's.... I like Cecil because there are no B.S crap cars running there, and the track prep was good...
also franky 110 mph for bolt on vettes is actually low... stock vettes trap 108-110mph...I have scene this many times... so dont let that fool you, my particular vette is not tuned hence the low trap...

I know I know the point was not to analyze the performance of the Vette, we already know how it is but the point is to analyze the supposed "down hill slope" if you get what i mean? Meaning under your circumstances if it was so down hill you would have trapped 114-115 you know what i mean? Down hill is just a BULL **** excuse. I already know your circumstances, plus obviously i see other vettes at Cecil laying the smack down but this down hill shyt is such a lame excuse of discrediting peoples times.
I used that as an example in order to illustrate the fact that it cannot be some phantom track witha crazy dip, or you would never see (in this case vettes) trapping that low... that was the point I was trying to make, using a tangible example.... so I agree the downhill example is B.S

Hmm for some reason I can't zoom in very far, but if you go to google maps. Put in the address: 1916 Theodore Rd....Rising Sun, MD...then zoom all the way in and click on the "terrain" option it gives you the topographic heights for the area.
I did it like 6 months ago when this issue was brought up and I could zoom in much further. Oh well.

also i'll repost this: first of all ignore the haters most of those types never even race their cars
and secondly call those haters out.. let them run you at Cecil and remove this phantom variable from the equation..... running heads up at the same track should shut people up... i bet you get no hits.... all E-racers I am sure

I can see how if you just watched the vid you would think there is a big dip, but it is after the finish line.....there is definitely a significant drop after the line (perhaps 25-30ft). Like C5 said, let them come down and see what they can do. I put the challenge out to the MS3 folks Fri morning and only the one showed up (I don't think he was even on that forum). Speaks volumes of their "confidence".
On that wider range topographic map the only elevation line is 400'....which would mean that no other area in that scope of view is less than 350 or higher than 450, but I can't get in any further....sorry.

Lol werd werd, its all good man, yea man I would change my sig to 12.6 @111 mph, but I am no longer a premiere member so I can only fit one line... I will prob change it at some point

Also 03 mentioned a couple times that me and a couple other guys talk down on the DE. Yeah maybe sometimes I have and that yeah sometimes I don't defend the DE 350z and I defend the HR Z, the reason is because i've never driven a DE and i've even raced a couple bolts on and i won't say where all i can say is "it was not at the track" lol and from roll i beat them so i can't really defend a car that i've never driven. However from my last track experience I have grown more respect for the DEs than even my own HR. Either way i try to defend the 350z to the most reasonable terms. For example if someone told me they beat a corvette in their 350z i would call him out because a z beating a vette no way unless you're modded. However If someone tells me they beat a 350z especially a hr z in their stock ms3 or their stock cobalt ss or Srt-4 yeah that get's on my nerves just like some kid told me he beat a de 350z in his i/h/e (ricer mod) civic si. Illogical BS like that just gets on my nerves and whenever i call them out to race be it even at the track none of them show up. I asked this bmw 335 guy who by the way traps 104 mph at the track to come race once and he never showed up. Yet he talks big and bad about how he pulls country lengths on all VQs. I've been racing since I was 16-17 years old so I guess it's a huge addiction and part of my life. However i'm glad i have taken it off the streets now finally.

I was pretty cordial in inviting them out.....I try to keep it positive. They do seem to invade mine, and most other 350z videos on the various sites and that upsets me. So, I thought I would see if they would come out, and they didn't.

well best advice I can give you is dont get involved with arguments like that... especially with E-racers most of whom dont even have track times to back up their claims...
when I was younger I would get into arguments quite a bit.. especially with e46 M3 owners... however after I challenged a bunch of them to run.. and none took me up on the offer.. i moved on... e-racers are a dime a dozen...
now as for the MS3 I will say this... it is actually a pretty fast car, and I would not sleep on them... but sounds like the group you are arguing with are a bunch of fan boi's... make sure you do not become a fan boi yourself.. its hard sometimes as we are all passionate about our cars.. but the best thing to do is ask them to come to the track... and if they dont show up... there is your answer..

Well said C5.....you can't win in these e-arguments. Best thing to do is put forth the challenge for a track meet and battle it out, but they opted to be sissies. In my mind it is settled.

Ha you should see my sound clip vid over 600,000 veiws and over 1250 comments about how my car sucks because its an auto lol. I'd be on there 24/7 if I tried arguing with them so I let it be. I know what my car can do and I love it.
