Light Wheel for Drag
Cool, I ended up getting a 1.9 60ft on my first run... 1st gear wouldn't get them hot enough on the burnout... I was nearly redlined for like 15 seconds and they barely smoked at all before that run.
So I tried 2nd gear on my next run... tires billowing smoke within a few seconds. However, the clutch didn't seem to like it... pressure plate took a dump so my day was over. LOL I've done 2nd gear burnouts in the past without issues... either my clutch was just weak or I was too far out of the water box when I started it or both...who knows.

Yeah thats what i've been trying my burnouts in is 2nd gear. I'm running the OS Giken triple disc clutch with that ZSpeed heavy duty CSC and a braided clutch line. I pulled my brake fuse to stop the ecu from killing the power when I put the brakes on to try and keep it still and straight, which was turning out to be pretty difficult haha

here is a pic of my new setup, 15x8 rear and 15x4 fronts
26x105-15 m&h cheater slicks, fronts are 165/80-15 nexens
my old setup was stock 05 wheels with 275/45-17 nitto nto5r
the stock rears with radials weighed 50.33lbs the new setup weighs 30.43lbs

they have a t speed rating, which is 118. but alot of the the local racecars around here run them. i got them at the local tire shop for $77 each installed. he said that alot of the people around here use them and dont have any problems.

Pretty sure with non-brembo you can do certain 15's. Almost looks like there could be rubbage during burnouts and high speeds... that's a tight offset and slicks have a tenancy to change shape.

Exactly, they are not brembos and those are my 28x11.5x15 Hoosier QTPs but it looks way better and no rubbing with my 27x10.5x15 Mickeys and my 26x11.5x15 Mickey drag radials.
