Default TURBO/SC/NOS 350Zs 1/4 TIMES?

Guys with Turbo/SC/NOS, can you guys post your 1/4 mile times for us. And if you had timeslips and videos to go with it would be great. I Would really like to get a turbo on my 350 but I have not seen any 1/4 mile times yet. I want to know if my $8000 is going to be well worth it. 12s is what im looking for.

Guys like Cheston or BIG BAD BLACK TRACK, You two are the first to sport the PE Turbo kit. any qtr mile times? LET ME KNOW PLEASE.

THanks!!!!

Well, I am getting the Greddy TT kit installed next week with the Provec e-01 boost controller. I'll keep the kit at around the 5.6 to 6.0 recommended psi until I have some internal engine mods done. I know that Motor Trend Mag tested the Greddy TT kit already and had a 0-60 at around 4.6 seconds and the 1/4 mile at 12.79 at 5.6 psi. Do a search for the article on Google.

The great thing about the Greddy TT is that you can always adjust boost later once you've done additional work on the engine and drivetrain. I've heard that Greddy is releasing a Stage II kit that will include heads and cams. I'll likely Stage up and also install forged pistons, connecting rods etc to strengthen the engine to accept higher boost. I beleive both turbos in the kit can produce up to around 440 hp given the proper engine mods and proper tuning.

Thanks for the reply, keep us updated as to 1/4 mile times. Yeah I've heard about the Greddy TT 1/4 mile times but sometimes its hard to believe magazine times. I just wanted to hear it from a few of our fellow 350 Z owners. THanks and good luck.

If you can't get into the 12s with an $8,000 turbo kit on your Z you just plain suck, or something is wrong with your car.
