Everything else looks normal except you do have kind of a slow trap speed, but nothing to worry about.
I have some better times in the "how to launch with a 5AT, but here is the closest slip I have to what you ran. for camparison. I have a 5AT though.
60' 2.198
330' 6.005
1/8 9.163
mph 77.12
1000 11.887
1/4 14.174
mph 99.05
Your trap is really low. You must have hit rev-limiter pretty bad on that run in one of your gear changes. I went 13.80 @ 101 stock with a 2.14 60ft. Is your car a 6mt or a 5at? Was there a headwind?

For comparison, I had the following figures:
60' - 2.189
330' - 5.982
660' - 9.13
mph - 78.16
1000' - 11.813
ET - 14.070
MPH - 100.18
I'm guessing that you're either shifting a little too early, or a little too late and hitting the rev limiter, or your shifting is just a little too slow.
Alternatively, track conditions and elevation may be effecting your times and you could be doing everything else right.
Try and get to the track on a colder and OVERCAST day. When the sun is shining on the track, it makes for slower times, despite people thinking that a sunny day increases track temp, giving better traction and hence faster times.
