With these 4 bolt-on's 13.09@103 doe not make sense..not saying your car is not fast, but just not logical..
-Injen SES Exhaust
-LSD Cat Pipes
-Crawford Plenum
-JWT Pop-charger

Do you have slick tires or something? what's your 60ft? even some ppl with superchargers does not get 13.09 in the 1/4miles..

yes i had slicks on..

front wheel drive slicks but they work good. they actually looked really funny on my car.

my 60ft on that run was a 1.76.
on my first run of the day i cut a 1.75 but only ran a 13.1

asfar as everything else on my car... That is all i have done.

Have you ran on street tires with those same mods? What's your best time if you did? Nice times, btw

my best time on street tires is a 13.92 @ 101

but those times on street tires were ran at our local track which elevation is over 5000ft most the time cause of the air.

We went to Woodburn for the weekend to race to get real times.

and thanks for the compliments

Very impressive, that launch is awesome. What size slicks were you running? How much psi, and what did you launch and shift at? Great job, I have the exact same mods as you, and now I want some slicks...that was a quick SRT-4

Ahh ok, now it makes sense.. Slicks makes a BIG difference! I just went to the strip yesterday, and did a best 13.91@101mph. I think my next mod will be a pair of SLICKS

Thanks for the info!

Thanks.

That is exactly why i drove to sea level...
To PROVE that the Z can run low 13's without cams.
Cams will probably be my next mod if not the turbo kit.
we'll see how things pan out though.

The car lined up next to me is a SRT-4 with AGP FMIC, AGP Wastegate Actuator, Full 3-inch exhaust, and 17psi, stage 1 ECU, and slicks.

Our first run we lined up cause we headed down there togeather to run fast times and try to set some records... He ran a 12.5 on his first run to my 13.1... So we were both happy.. Then the next time we lined up he spun the slicks off the line and i ran the 13.0 to his 12.8.

the only STI out there had full 3-inch exhaust, and intake from what we saw and he was only running 13.1's

23x8.5x15 M&H's.
Tires were at 14psi and launched off redline.

oh yeah.. It pulled hard all the way
usually at the end of the 1/4 i'm at right about redline in 4th gear.. with these i had to shift to 5th right after the 1000ft mark

is 4th your 1:1 gear or fifth? if 4th is, you need to try some 24-24.5 slicks to get the revs perfect or raise the rev limiter to stay in fourth

5th is 1:1
when the car ran 13.52 up here at high elevation that was on 24.5 slicks.

I actually think that if i ran the 24.5 slicks down there i might have just been able to run a 12.9
dunno though... We are going back probably in Sept. or November.

dunno if i'll have the same mods by then but we'll see.
