Default "Drifted" for the first time today!

The Texas A&M Sports Car Club just had their second spring autocross today. After the 3 heats were finished, they opened it up for free runs for a buck. My current set of wheels are the stock touring 18's wrapped in BFG KDW2's, 255/40/18. Since I didn't exactly want to burn through $800 worth of new tires today, I put on my old stock 17's with the Sh!tenzas on them. I went and basically trashed the crap out of them. This is by far the most fun I have had in my Z for more than a year of owning the car! I can see why the Japanese crowd enjoys it, and I am definitely into it now more than I was. On my fifth and final run, I took the last turn of the course going about 80 mph. I was white smoking the entire way through the turn. It was the most awesome experience I've had. I was able to develop a "feel" for the car and tell when it was in that sweet spot of being out of control, but maintaining it. I will hopefully get a video next time! I just thought I would share the experience and encourage anyone who hasn't tried drifting, to do it!
