I drove a s14 400 horsepower SR20DET yesterday for an hour drive, towards the end I got a little itchy to mess around, gas-ed it a little on a turn (twice), fun fun and yessss I did say *****
that video of you drifting looks boring as ***, and its not very good , we should leave the drifting to the pros.....looks much better, and well , they are much better, and actually have the finances to back the sport up
I guess my drifting is kinda boring compared to Tanner Foust with about less than half the HP (450 whp). You should send me those Volks and Tiens so that I could put it to use like how it's intended. While you're at it, why not ship your car to me and I'll pay for the shipping fee so that your car does not get deprived out of it's fun. It's people like you who hides behind a computer and drifts on the dangerous streets. I take my action to a safe no traffic area like an event so that I do not put other people in danger other than myself.
Back to drifting. It's fun when you actually control an out-of-control vehicle. I have spare wheels/tires when I do go to the event. The tires are close to or at the wear bar. It's a cheap car sports compared to SCCA time-attack or even drag racing. Reason is you need Comp tires to really improve your time for TA. And for drag racing, it's mostly about HP and hookup at the start.
To the OP, ignore the negative people and do your thing. You don't need to be a pro to enjoy doing something that you love. Who knows, you might become the next woman to become a professional drifter or inspire the next lady drifter.

Wow that sounds fun. I suppose it's a fully built drift car. Too bad I don't have the hook up to drive a 400 HP S14. I may have access to a 100 HP go-cart. It's much cheaper to my wallet too.
im in wa also, gonna start using my z for some of the events when i get my lsd in. Bremerton is a good place to learn because you can't hit anything. I would stay away from drifting at Monroe or South Sound in Olympia. If you have specific questions hit me up on pm. But with your 03 practice in the rain at first just to get the feel off the rear end slipping, then progress from there.

Welcome! Are you 17? ; ) to all, who get my drift.
i dont understand what it is with all u guys and having 17 year olds drive 350z's.... its only a z.... sorry to break it to all of you.. our cars arent that special...
Drifting a stock 350z is awsome and should be done first before you make the car too forgiving with suspension mods and what doodads you dont need right now. Look If you want to learn drifting fly down to California, I live 20 seconds away from Inland Drift and i can let you out on my V2 car and practice for hours. heres mine when we where closing the track for the night
Hi Theresa. Your tires shipped out today btw. If you have any questions about drifting a stock 350Z, let me know. Our driver can tell you anything and everything you want to know as his own personal drift car was a stock 350Z.
yup, after i left your shop i found out the dealership in Olympia did not correctly tighten one of my belts causing it to be undrivable under more than normal conditions, i was bummed trying to get everything ready then finding out i couldn't go, i'll be at the next event in Bremerton though, you going?
