I knew someone would ask me that question one day. This is strictly my opinion that im entitled to, not trying to bad mouth a company or another.

Hinson's kit is just absolute junk and overpriced. The $1000 oil pan they sell is has no baffles or trap doors for the oil pick up.

Sikky's Kit however, is better than Hinson's and fairly priced. One of the reasons I didn't like Sikky's kit is because of the oil pan trap doors. I have seen one of their oil pans and it only had two trap doors which isn't enough to prevent oil starvation in heavy accelerating and deccelerating situations. Just last month I witnessed a 240sx with sikky's kit blow a motor due to oil starvation from a faulty oilpan.

I went with Fueled Racing's kit because it seems like they put way more time in the research and developement. The kit came with an oil pan that is made by Moroso with quad trap door baffle system specifically for their kit and does not hang below the crossmember. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Fueled's kit and would definitely recommend it to anyone that's looking to do the swap.

Let me know if anyone has any other questions. I will have more pictures soon and action videos after this weekend's Modified Mag drift event in Arizona.

Yea accusumps are nice, but why run one if you dont have to? Extra weight, oil, and plumbing in the car. This kit was tested at very high speeds on multiple tracks with high banks, and not a slight drop of oil pressure was recorded.

^^ I disagree, doesn't matter how well the engine is built if you are going to do any type of track events.. A accusump is a must, you can never predict what the motor will do so why chance it.. Just saying..

just out of curiosity why did you chose the ls1 over the ls2? Is it cheaper? Easier fit?

Same reason I didnt go with an LS3 or LS7. The LS1 was way easier to find and much affordable. Also, it is very easy to make 500-600HP with an LS1 which is where I want to be at for drifting.

Did you get it on the dyno yet? Did you get the numbers you wanted?

Thanks Intense!!

We dont have the dyno numbers yet, we've encountered some issues with the charging system in the car as well as the KPR steering angle kit.

Feel free to visit our new Facebook page for updates as well as pictures/videos of drift events we attend.

Tough break, but the car is easily savable. Was looking really good out there till........ but i guess .... happens from time to time drifting.

**** does happen. But im sure Sam will have her running back withing no time. This is the risk we all take in drifting. For seconds, days, months you could be good and a single moment can ruin your slide in no time.

Glad she is getting back together and good to go sam. Nice FB page too!

Thanks guys, we were trying out new tires and trying to find a suitable tire pressure, but that didn't stop me from driving the car as hard as I possibly could. I appreciate all the kind words, we should have the car back to the track in no time. Thanks to all that came out to Vegas Pro-Am.

How does it sit in the engine bay?
What kind of mounts are they?
How much space is there between the front pulley and radiator?
What else is needed besides the basic kit?
Do you use the stock tach?
Will the stock AC work?
Did you have any install issues?
Are you running the drive by wire throttle body on the LS1?
Do you have any pictures of the actual kit?

Sorry for all the questions. I was looking into the kits they have on their website and they look really good. Just seeing what issues you had with it.

Thanks in advance!!!!!
